Barbell Battle

In our Strength Class, you’ll focus on compound movements and strength-building exercises that target the major muscle groups. You'll learn the basics of lifting, improve your form, and progressively increase your strength over time. Each session includes a mix of free weights, resistance machines, and bodyweight exercises.

Theme/HIIT Class
Saturdays @10am

Experience something new every month! Our Monthly Themed Bootcamp is designed to give you a fun, intense workout with a different theme each month, ensuring that every session is exciting and full of surprises. This class combines the power of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the creativity of a unique, rotating theme, making it the perfect way to break out of the routine and push your fitness limits. When there is no theme class we still run a normal HIIT Class every Saturday.
