Strength Class
Tuesdays & Thursdays @6:30pm

Unleash your power and build a stronger, more resilient body with our Strength Class. This class is designed to help you build muscle, increase functional strength, and improve your overall physical performance through targeted weight training and bodyweight exercises. Whether you're new to strength training or an experienced lifter, this class will guide you through a safe and effective way to achieve your fitness goals. In our Strength Class, you’ll focus on compound movements and strength-building exercises that target the major muscle groups. You'll learn the basics of lifting, improve your form, and progressively increase your strength over time. Each session includes a mix of free weights, resistance machines, and bodyweight exercises.

Outdoor Bootcamp

Our Outdoor Bootcamp is a high-energy, challenging class designed to push you to your limits while embracing the power of nature. You’ll move through a challenging series of exercises focused on reps over time, hitting every major muscle group. Perfect for all levels — modifications and progressions available. The goal? Crush the reps, one rep at a time.

Tabata

Maximize your fitness in just 30 minutes with our high-intensity Tabata Class! Tabata is a form of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to push you to your limits, improving both strength and cardiovascular fitness. This class is perfect for anyone looking to burn fat, build muscle, and get the most out of a short, intense workout.

Theme/HIIT Class
Saturdays @10am

Experience something new every month! Our Monthly Themed Bootcamp is designed to give you a fun, intense workout with a different theme each month, ensuring that every session is exciting and full of surprises. This class combines the power of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the creativity of a unique, rotating theme, making it the perfect way to break out of the routine and push your fitness limits. When there is no theme class we still run a normal HIIT Class every Saturday.
