Tyson O'Toole - Owner/Trainer

Meet Tyson, an esteemed OFC Platinum Certified Personal Trainer boasting a range of specialized certifications including OFC Group Fitness, Older Adult Fitness, Resistance Training, and Spin Instructor. Additionally, Tyson holds NCCP certification along with CPR & First Aid training.
With a wealth of experience spanning several years, Tyson has passionately guided individuals across diverse age groups and fitness levels, including both amateur and professional athletes from esteemed leagues such as NHL, AHL, OHL, and NCAA.
Tyson’s personal journey into fitness evolved from a background in competitive sports, having excelled in Junior Hockey and Competitive Volleyball. Born and raised in Smiths Falls, Isha Peladeau is a dedicated personal trainer at Stone City Athletics with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. With a strong focus on building strength, confidence, and a balanced lifestyle, Isha brings energy, motivation, and expertise to every training session.
Outside of the gym, Isha enjoys spending time in nature, whether it’s hitting the beach, running, or simply soaking in the outdoors. She is also an avid cook, often experimenting with healthy recipes to fuel both body and mind. Karen Cocchetto - Trainer
NASM-CPT
Originally from Southwestern Ontario, Karen is a proud graduate of the University of Windsor’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Honours program where she graduated with distinction. While having pursued different avenues of nursing over the course of her career in both hospital and community care, one thing remained constant, a deeply rooted love and passion for all things related to fitness and its role in health and wellness. It is this passion that has led Karen to close the chapter on her career as a Registered Nurse to begin a new journey of helping others as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With a strong focus on core and balance training, Karen believes in offering a well-rounded approach to improving fitness and health and wellness through a focus on safety, proper form and technique. Karen believes in starting with small, manageable changes, setting short and long-term goals, reassessing and revisiting these goals at regular intervals and adjusting and adapting together. Karen’s philosophy is that there is no shortcut to becoming physically fit and maintaining physical fitness. The path is lifelong. What you can expect from Karen is
